We collect the information needed to create and manage your account, provide the service, process payments, and respond to support requests.
We also collect the content and settings you choose to add to the product so ReddKit can run your workspace and generate results.
- Account information, such as your name, email address, password or login details, and workspace membership.
- Workspace and project information, such as prompts, domains, competitor data, reports, exports, and saved settings.
- Billing information, such as plan details, payment status, invoices, and transaction records.
- Technical and usage information, such as logs, diagnostics, device and browser details, and basic analytics.
How we use information
We use information to operate ReddKit, secure accounts, process payments, provide customer support, and maintain the performance of the service.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product usage and improve the service. We do not use that information to identify you or publicly reveal private workspace data.
How we share information
We share information only when needed to run the service or comply with legal obligations. This may include providers for hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, customer support, and AI infrastructure.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, or if disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce our agreements, or maintain the security of the service.
Retention
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the security of ReddKit.
When an account or workspace is closed, we may retain some information for a limited period where retention is required by law or needed for fraud prevention, security, or financial recordkeeping.
Your choices
You can request access to your personal information, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request an export, or ask us to delete information where applicable.

Children's privacy
ReddKit is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13.
If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
