Refund Policy
This policy explains when ReddKit issues refunds, how cancellations work, and how to contact us about a billing issue.

General policy
ReddKit subscriptions are billed in advance for the plan and billing period you select. Because the service provides immediate access to software, usage, reports, and AI analysis capacity, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
We review refund requests in good faith. If something went wrong with billing, access, or service delivery, contact us and we will assess the request based on the facts of the account.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.
After cancellation, your paid access will usually continue until the end of the billing period unless we state otherwise in writing or the account is terminated for a terms violation.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled before the renewal date. We do not issue refunds for renewal charges simply because a subscription was unused or because cancellation was requested after the renewal processed.
If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us promptly. Include the invoice or receipt and any details that help us review the charge.
Trials and introductory offers
If a plan includes a free trial or introductory offer, the offer terms shown at signup control when billing starts and what is included.
You are responsible for canceling before a trial or promotional period converts to a paid subscription if you do not want to continue. Charges after conversion are handled under this refund policy.
When refunds may be considered
We may consider a refund when there is a duplicate charge, an incorrect charge, a verified billing error, a service access issue that we cannot reasonably resolve, or another circumstance where a refund is required by applicable law.
Refunds are not available for completed usage, generated reports, AI analysis costs already incurred, account inactivity, missed cancellation deadlines, or a change in business needs.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and the bank or card issuer.
We may refuse a refund request if the account has violated our terms, attempted abuse, or submitted inaccurate information related to the request.
